The Chef and Table Service package includes
  • Main Courses (confit duck leg, chicken supreme, salmon fillet, two-salmon tartare, white sauce lasagna, Asian-style tuna tartare, etc.)

  • Digestive Break (strawberry and champagne granita, lime and tequila granita, grapefruit and Campari granita, apple and Calvados granita)

  • Soups (minestrone, leek soup, carrot and curry soup, broccoli and pecorino soup, wild mushroom soup with truffle oil, etc.)

  • Appetizers (wild mushroom arancini, fresh salmon carpaccio, veal ravioli, shrimp ceviche, brie fondant on speculoos, etc.)

  • The Chef and Table Service package is available for a minimum of 50 people.
  • Includes: appetizer, soup, main course, chefs, and table service. Additional main course choice +$6.00 per person.
  • Prices are listed per individual portion.
  • Availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude taxes and gratuity (if applicable).
  • Exclusions: wine service, tablecloths and decorations, travel (transportation), table setup, tableware. Additional bartender service at $39.00/hour + gratuity.
